NET is a global platform designed to help users find and post job opportunities in Tennis, Padel, and Pickleball.
Our services are available to three types of users:
- Organizations that post jobs.
- Job seekers who can be coaches or organizations.
- Players searching for opportunities such as leagues
- Fans who can search for volunteer work, such as being a ball boy or ball girl.
By using NET, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To use NET, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law.
- Not be barred from using the platform under applicable laws.
If you are under 16 but over 12, you may use the platform to apply for volunteer opportunities, such as working as a ball boy or ball girl in tournaments, with parental consent. We are NOT responsable if a child under 16 apply for volunteer opportunities without their parental consent
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the- process.
- Keep your credits confidential and secure.
- Use NET in accordance with applicable laws and not engage in unlawful or harmful activities.
- Refrain from posting misleading, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content.
- Not use NET for unauthorized purposes or violate any terms or rules related to the use of our platform.
- Not use the NET logo without permission.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Engage in behavior that harms the NET community or our business.
- Use the platform for fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
5. Job Postings and Applications
NET provides a platform where users can search for job opportunities or post job openings. While we strive to ensure the quality and accuracy of listings:
- All job postings are reviewed by NET before they go live on the platform.
- NET does not guarantee employment or hiring opportunities for users.
- You agree that your interactions with potential employers or applicants are at your own risk, and NET will not be held liable for any disputes arising between users and employers.
6. Payments
Organizations or users posting jobs must purchase credits before posting jobs on the platform. No subscriptions are needed. All transactions will utilize third-party services like Stripe or PayPal. We are not responsible for any errors, fees, or issues arising from payment processing services.
7. Third-Party Services
NET may contain links or integrations with third-party services (e.g., payment providers or analytics services). We do not endorse these services, and your use of such services is subject to their respective terms of use and privacy policies. NET is not liable for any issues arising from your use of third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on NET, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to NET and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- We utilize images from free sites like Unsplash to enhance our platform. If you see yourself in any image on NET and do not wish to be displayed, please contact us here and we will promptly remove the image.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without explicit permission from NET.
- User-generated content does not apply; all jobs are reviewed by NET prior to posting.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
NET is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees or warranties about:
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of job listings or content.
- The availability, error-free nature, or security of our platform.
- The outcomes of using our platform for job searching or hiring.
We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NET and its owners (TE-MA) will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the platform.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
- Any interactions or disputes between users, employers, or applicants.
In any case, NET's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the platform will not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for using the service. Additionally, NET is not liable for any actions or omissions of third-party services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NET, TE-MA, and their employees or agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- Your use of the platform.
- Your violation of these Terms.
