With over 35 years in tennis and 25 years of expertise in coaching, sports management, and event organization, TE-MA was founded by Fabián Núñez Seixa to deliver effective solutions for players, clubs, and federations. TE-MA focuses on simplifying tennis development through tailored services, offering strategic support to enhance performance and streamline operations at all levels of the sport.

Fabián is a graduate of the Advanced Sports Management Program by the Uruguayan and International Olympic Committees. With experience in Spain, Sweden, and Uruguay, he has held key roles such as General Manager of the Uruguayan Tennis Federation and Director at the Professional Tennis Registry in Spain and Europe.

His qualifications include certifications in coaching and ethics from prestigious organizations like the ITF and USPTA. Fabián’s career spans organizing international events like the DAVIS CUP URUCHN 2022 and managing tennis training programs in Sweden and Spain.
