Padel Coach Department — The Campus - Padel

The Quinta do Lago Group is recruiting candidates for the position of Padel Coach (M/F) for the High Performace Sports Centre - The Campus.

Candidate Profile:

- Professional experience in the area
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- A passion for sport
- Good presentation and particular liking for customer contact
- Good organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
- Availability to work shifts (including weekends)
- Good interpersonal relationship
- Sense of responsibility and dynamism

- Certificate in Sports Coaching
- At least 2 years of employment in a related position
- First Aid course certificate is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and execute all facets of the Padel instruction program
- Organise, promote and deliver effective Padel coaching for clients, ensuring that the clients’ needs are identified, coaching sessions are planned and delivered to develop their performance
- Evaluate and review the effectiveness of the Padel sessions
- Establish and maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring that Health and Safety procedures are clearly communicated to all members, guests and other relevant people
